"Blues music is one of the most important, if not the most important music of the 20th century as have been other styles of music in other centuries. Blues music tells a lot about distresses and joys of this period, of its tremendous evolution for good or bad, of its hopes and disappointments. But it tells above all about life, love, death and is thus outside of time like suspended in an eternally present "elsewhere"..."

BLUETRAIL is a musician friend's group, all former professional players, who got together again after a few decades spent in the whirls of life. Available, rid of all pressure, BLUETRAIL members just want to enjoy playing (hoping you'll also enjoy listening) the music they used to listen in their youth and that got them started.

BLUETRAIL picks out songs from the classical Blues repertoire to produce a powerful music in the pure tradition of the late 1960s "Blues Revival" bands - Cream, Mayall, Winter, Gallagher, Peter Green, etc. With many covered Blues songs, subtly arranged, plus some original songs taking its roots into the most sensitive area of the Blues music, BLUETRAIL music draws a full panorama of the style with strength and energy....

BLUETRAIL members are: Eric Bolo (Voice, Harp & Percs), Daniel Glikmans (Guitar & Voice), François Carlier (Keyboards & Voice), Christophe Woy (Guitar & Voice), Claude Taglioni (Bass) and Stéphane Glory (Drums).
